Connect Groups

Connect Groups

The heartbeat of C3 church is people. Every person that calls themselves a “C3’er” should be connected with other people. Connect Groups are a great opportunity to get to know other people, help each other through life, and grow spiritually.

Why should I join a connect group?
We don’t think you can grow spiritually without being relational because CHANGING PEOPLE CONNECT. Connect groups have the power to impact your life and the lives of those around you. Plus, you get to hang out with other C3’ers.
When can I join a group?
Connect groups meet weekly for a 10-12 week term. Groups are typically made up of 12-15 people who get together, have a meal together, and talk about a Bible story and how to apply it to their everyday lives. Groups typically meet in homes, but some groups meet at one of our campuses and others might meet somewhere else at any time throughout the week. Each group starts with some people who know each other and some people who are brand new to the church, so, even if you’re new, don’t hesitate to sign up for a group.
When can I join a group?
Connect group sign ups are open for 3-4 weeks at the beginning of each connect group term. Sign up are typically available in January, May, and September.
What about my kids?

Your kids can hang out at your connect groups. Many of our groups even choose to have someone go over that week’s Bible story with their kids. We also have connect groups for 5th -12th graders on Sunday nights at C3 South Point.
How can I be a leader?
To be a leader of a connect group at C3, you have to start by being in a connect group. So, if you aren’t already plugged into a connect group, sign up and participate during the next term. If you’re already in a group, talk to your group leader and tell them you’re interested in leading a group. They will walk you through the process of leading a connect group just like a leader did for them..

Why Connect Groups Matter

Joel & Michelle found themselves in a spot where they weren’t as close to God and weren’t as involved as they once were. To them, getting invited to be a part of a Connect Group was just what they needed to kickstart their spiritual growth.
